Please make sure all billing, shipping, and product details are correct before submitting your order. Smoke Empire is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smokeempireshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you to provide a suitable resolution when applicable.

Shipping Issues
Smoke Empire is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost packages marked as delivered, or shipping delays outside of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

Chargebacks
Filing a false chargeback for a valid purchase may result in your account being restricted from future purchases and may be subject to further review.
